Activate Your Online Account
To be able to access your account, you will need to complete a simple one time activation. Just complete the fields below by entering your membership number, which you will find in your Welcome email or Welcome Pack, your email address, your name and date of birth, choose a password and finally, select how you would like to receive your alerts.
Once you have activated your account you can
- Take your Credit Assessment and receive personalised tips about how you could improve your Credit Score
- View and update your personal and membership details
As soon as your identity has been validated by TransUnion you can
- View your Credit Report, Credit Score and Credit Rating from TransUnion at any time
- View your Alerts and check them against your Credit Report
- View your Quarterly Summary so you can track your progress to better credit
Once you have activated your account you can
- Download and install your Online Protection Software
- Take your Risk Assessment
- Register additional information for your Web monitoring Service, up to 5 more debit/credit cards and your Driving Licence and Passport numbers can be added
- View and update your personal and membership details
As soon as your identity has been validated by TransUnion you can
- View your Credit Report from TransUnion
- View your Alerts and check them against your Credit Report
